All Bev Daitch Studios’ Workshops are professional, hands-on training seminars with all reference materials, products and supplies furnished.

At the end of each Workshop you will be amazed at the fabulous, high quality, designer faux finish techniques you have learned to create using Faux Effects® products. The Sample Boards you create are yours to take home with you to enhance (or begin) your portfolio.

Continental breakfast, lunch, drinks and snacks are provided (airfare and accommodations are not included) Class size is limited – a 50% deposit is required to register — the balance is due first day of class Workshop hours are approximately 9:00 to 4:00 - Wear comfortable painting attire and plan to arrive at the Studio between 8:30-9:00am.

Private Instruction Workshop

Workshop Price $350.00 per day

This 6-Hour per day Workshop can be scheduled to fit your calendar and you will have private, one-on-one instruction (of a scheduled workshop or) learning a variety of finishes and techniques to suit your personal needs or interests.

Architectural Series Workshop – Columns™

Workshop Price $825.00

This is a 2-Day Workshop for the artist, professional, or homeowner with some faux finishing experience who wants to learn how to create faux marble and other finishes on columns or pillars. You will learn how to apply a fabulous finish on your own 3 columns (approximately 2 feet tall) with removable capitals and bases, and they are yours to take home with you at the end of the class!

Aqua Wall Glazing Workshop™

This is a 1-Day Workshop for the artist, homeowner, or professional exploring faux finishing or a quick start for those wishing to enter or to expand the business of faux and decorative finishes. Our Aqua Wall Glazing Workshops™ have set the standard for water based, slow drying, easy to use glazing materials and techniques. You will learn: Glazing – Marbling – Reactive Finishes – Crackle – Verdigris – Faux Bois – Leather – Metallics – Textures – Stenciling – Suede.

Metallics and LusterStone™ Workshop™

In this 1-Day Workshop, you will learn the many different ways these products can be applied to create a wide assortment of dull or high sheen dimensional finishes, or stunning combinations of highs and lows. You will also indulge in the endless combinations of metallic colors that are available and learn how to manipulate them. LusterStone™ is a decorative architectural coating that can reproduce natural reflective stone patterns. Applied by trowel, LusterStone™ reveals its radiant qualities without burnishing for designer effect results.

Designer Wall I Workshop™

In this 5-Day Faux Effects® Professional Workshop you will learn to create, master, and execute today’s hottest faux and decorative finishes. This class is designed to not only teach you the skills needed to produce the industry’s most demanded finishes, but to teach you how to accomplish these finishes in far less time. Faux Effects® is a proprietary finishing products line and is available only to professional contractors and finishing professionals who have successfully completed this Faux Effects® Designer Wall I Workshop. Faux Effects® products will not be sold to the general public.

Lime Based Plasters and Modellos™ Workshop

This 3-Day Workshop is designed for the professional artisan. You will create traditional lime based plaster finishes using various products such as Texture Coat Florentine™, Olde World Veneziano™, Olde World Pigments™ and waxes.
